Easy Riders Sandbanks Beach Club, Shore Road, BH13 7PJ

Located on the front promenade at Shore Rd Sandbanks, just to the right of Jazz Café

Parking

There is limited parking at Sandbanks however there are two large car parks within walking distance and on road parking, Cars can be parked on sandbanks road, but charges will apply so please bring loose change for the meters, this parking is also limited/busy on sunny days and weekends so please allow plenty of time prior to your session.

By Taxi from Central Bournemouth

Please allow approximately 15 – 20 minutes for a taxi from Central Bournemouth. When you arrive at the hotel please ask the driver to drive through to the right hand side of the Sandbanks hotel.

By Train

Poole Train Station is the closest but you will need to allow 15 - 20 minutes in a taxi from Poole

Once you arrive at Easy Riders

Easy Riders is located on the promenade at Shore road just around the corner from Jazz Café. When you arrive check in at reception and then of your instructors will come and collect you. 

What you need to bring

Please bring some swimwear to wear underneath your wetsuit and a towel. We will provide the appropriate personal equipment for your activity including a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet. (Should you have your own wetsuit and wish to wear this please feel free to do so). You will be collected from the beach for your Jetpack Experience so please bring a warm Jacket to wear over your wetsuit until we are ready to take you out on the water. 

Unfortunately you are not able to wear glasses whilst learning to Flyboard therefore we recommend either wearing contact lenses or prescription goggles; or if you are able to get by without glasses, remove them altogether. Please remove any jewellery, especially rings to avoid loosing them! 

Arrival time and Length of Activity

*Please make sure you arrive 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated on your confirmation email*. Please check for any potential delays on your journey route and allow extra time on your journey for busier periods. Sandbanks Road leading to Easy Riders can become gridlocked on a hot sunny day. 

The Jetpack Sessions run on a fairly strict time schedule to allow everyone as much time on the water as possible. Should you be late you may risk forfeiting your session. 

You need to allow approximately 1.5hrs with us for your activity with approximately 25 minutes spent on the water. Naturally if you are a group larger than 2 people this time will be longer in order for everyone in your group to experience the session. The remaining time is allowed for completing a medical and disclaimer form, getting changed, safety briefing and travelling to the Jetpack area on the water. 

Facilities at Easy riders

We have full changing and hot shower facilities on site. There is also a café right next door to us, which offers Hot and cold meals and offers nice views across the bay for friends and family who may accompany you. 

Can spectators watch the activity

Spectators are welcome to come down and watch from the Beach. The Activity itself takes place approximately 50mtrs from the shore so spectators will get a good view of the participant. 

Medical Conditions and emergency contact details:

All customers will be asked to complete the Medical and Disclaimer form upon arrival at the centre therefore please make sure you know information such as medical conditions and emergency contact details. 

Swimming Ability and Fitness

Everyone wishing to participate in a Jetpack experience must be confident swimming in deep water and in good health. You must also be over 7 Stone and under 18 Stone. If you have booked a session and unable to swim please contact our office 01202 028047  immediately. 

Alcohol and Drugs

Due to Health and Safety, Aquatic Jetpacks reserves the right to refuse anyone to participate in its activities if they believe the customer is under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. The customer will be asked to leave and will forfeit their session without a refund.
