Terms and conditions

Once you arrive at Aquatic Jetpacks you will be asked to complete a form on a tablet, that will include a vary of important questions and our Terms and Conditions we will need you to know and Agree too, before we allow you to go out on one of our activities. We will require you to provide an emergency contact name and number, declare any medical details and to read through out terms and conditions.

Please have a read through our important Terms and Conditions below before arriving on the day.

1. I understand the risks associated with the activity/ activities, which I am undertaking and that personal accident insurance is highly recommended.

2. I agree that I will undertake the activity in accordance with the safety rules and will adhere at all times to the instructors and advice given to me by the Instructors whilst undertaking the activity for the safety of all parties.

3. I must keep within the areas designed by Aquatic Jetpacks Staff at all times for the safety of all parties

4. I certify that to the best of my knowledge I do not have a medical condition which might have the affect of making it more likely that I am involved in an accident that could result in injury to others or myself. To the best of my knowledge, I am not pregnant.

5. I confirm that I am not under the adverse influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. I have been made fully aware that Aquatic Jetpacks Ltd, their Directors, Employees, suppliers and agents accept no liability, howsoever cause, for any losses, damages, personal injury or death occur whilst I am using the facilities of Aquatic Jetpacks Ltd save for where their negligence is proven.

7. I fully accept the risks involved with Flyboarding and am responsible for my own actions &/or involvement.

8. I accept that these activities are dangerous and can result in death&/or injury.
